PCTFE (PolyChloroTriFluoroEthyleen), oorspronkelijk bekend als Kel-F en soms Neoflon, combineert fysische en mechanische eigenschappen, niet-ontvlambaarheid, chemische weerstand,Bijna nul vochtopname en uitstekende elektrische eigenschappen die niet voorkomen in andere thermoplastische fluorpolymeren die ook in een temperatuurbereik van -400 F tot 400 F werken.
